In August of 2011, I formed a business called "Formation Partners" to drill new oil wells in the US. I am the owner and Managing Partner, and have 2 Silent Partners, one from the USA and one from Canada. I used to work for a Ski & Snowboard Mountain in Vermont, USA during the winter, and grow organic produce during the summers. During both seasons, I also was the Resident Director for Lodging for International workers from Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
